Charms Indo Aussie Ventures comprises of two divisions - Charms Migration Services and Charms Business Advisory Services. The migration division deals with providing advice on a wide range of Australian visas, migration to Australia, and representing and lodging appeals with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) for visa refusals and cancellations. Our Agent Gerard Joseph is registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) with registration number MARN-1068739 and a member of the Migration Alliance Australia as well as the Migration & Education Alliance Australia. He is also Co-Founder of the RMA Voice Inc, a registered incorporated association, which is of RMAs, for RMAs and by RMAs.


The business advisory division deals with assisting small & medium enterprises and individual businesspeople with information, support, coaching, advice, and guidance to achieve better outcomes for their business. Advises on optimum resource utilization (staff and materials), business strategy, human resource initiative, impart organizational skills, staff retention, shrink management, building strong networks, supporting established businesses to grow, plan, improve, scale-up, change or diversify their business model. We also impart simple value stream mapping (VSM), just in time (JIT), first in first out (FIFO), first in last out (FILO) and total quality management (TQM) training tools to make employees more resourceful as well as to utilise the resources effectively, using LEAN and Six Sigma methodology.

Charms Indo Aussie Ventures has tied up with Charms Sunshine Ventures in 2010. Charms Sunshine Ventures provides assistance with business advisory, equity raising, dealing with angel investors, raising capital and start-up Consultancy. We also assist small and medium enterprises, restructuring businesses, assist with brand management and adopt change management. We also assist with marketing strategies & campaigns, advice on increasing market share improve business processes, research on competition, assist with compliance and governance. We also assist in training management, analysis of data and reporting. We assist with setting up a business, identifying key market niches, budgeting, and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modeling, variance analysis, pricing methods.
