Advises on optimum resource utilization (staff and materials), business strategy, human resource initiative, impart organizational skills, staff retention, shrink management, building strong networks, supporting established businesses to grow, plan, improve, scale-up, change or diversify their business model. We also impart simple value stream mapping (VSM), just in time (JIT), first in first out (FIFO), first in last out (FILO) and total quality management (TQM) training tools to make employees more resourceful as well as to utilise the resources effectively, using LEAN and Six Sigma methodology.
